2. Description of Service

Candid Listening provides access to transcriptions of live streams on a subscription basis. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service.

3.2. Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1. Subscription Plans

• Explorer Plan: $50/month - Up to 1 month of stream transcripts
• Pro Plan: $200/month - 30 days of stream transcripts
• Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing and features
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

4.2. Billing Cycle

• Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month

4.3. Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Price changes will not affect pre-paid subscription periods
• Customers will be notified via email of any price changes

4.4. Taxes

• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes
• Tax exemption certificates must be provided where applicable

4.5. Late Payments

• Service may be suspended after 14 days of failed payment
• Accounts suspended for non-payment may incur reactivation fees

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Our Intellectual Property

• The Service, including all software, designs, graphics, and trademarks, is our exclusive property
• Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• No rights or licenses are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms

5.2. License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
• This license is solely for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms
• You may not modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Service without our permission
